The Roscommon County Board of Commissioner’s met on Wednesday, September 24, 2008 for a regular meeting.  Chairman Mead called the meeting to order at 10:30 A.M.

Roll Call:  Ayes:  Schneider, Mead, Nellist, Milburn, Souder.

The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.

            1.         Moved by Milburn, seconded by Schneider to approve the agenda

                        as presented.  Ayes:  Milburn, Souder, Schneider, Mead, Nellist.

                        Nays:  None.  Motion carried.

            2.         Moved by Milburn, seconded by Souder to accept proposal from

                        Watkins, Ross & Company for GASB 45 (OPEB – Other Post

                        Employment Benefits) Actuarial Valuation Report in the amount of

                        $4,500.00.  On Roll Call:  Ayes:  Souder, Schneider, Mead, Nellist,

                        Milburn.  Nays:  None.  Motion carried.

            3.         Moved by Mead, seconded by Nellist to approve the attached Draft of

                        ORV Ordinance No. 4 for the County of Roscommon and authorize

                        Chairman, Larry D. Mead to sign upon approval of the Roscommon

                        County Board of Road Commissioner’s.  On roll call:  Ayes:  Schneider,

                        Mead, Nellist, Milburn, Souder.  Nays:  None.  Motion carried.

ORV Draft was discussed and changes were as follows:

Sect.1, L- Delete means and add includes.  M-Change dates to read December 1^st to

April 1^st.  Sect.7. Add Supervision of parent or guardian.  These changes were not voted on.

            4.         Moved by Mead, seconded by Milburn to adjourn meeting.  On roll

                        call:  Ayes:  Mead, Nellist, Schneider, Milburn, Souder.  Nays:  None.

                        Motion carried.
