Comprehensive Annual Financial Report as presented by James

Budget adjustments amending the total from $9,720,532.00 to

4. Moved by Schneider, seconded by Souder to approve Special Revenue
Fund Budget adjustments for Animal Shelter, Hazmat, Child Care

6. Moved by Milburn, seconded by Souder to authorize Larry D. Mead,
Chairman to sign a Preliminary Agreement of Sale in the amount of
$38,000.00 for the purchase of airport property between Roscommon
County as purchaser and Norma Blodgett as seller. The County Shall
make a deposit of $l,000.00 to be held by seller until time of closing.

None. Motion carried.
7. Moved by Mead, seconded by Nellist to adopt Resolution supporting
the Sheriff Department’s 24 hour Road Patrol Millage as presented and
authorize Larry D. Mead, Chairman to sign.
RESOLUTION
IN SUPPORT OF THE RENEWAL OF THE
MILLAGE
WHEREAS, emergencies can occur at anytime, day or night, that require
prompt response of police officers to protect life and preservation of
property, and;
WHEREAS, the Roscommon County Sheriff’s Department has provided
twenty-four hour road patrol to help provide protection and preservation of
property, and;
WHEREAS, the Roscommon County Sheriff’s Department twenty-four
hour road patrol millage is due to lapse, and;
WHEREAS, the continuation of Roscommon County Sheriff’s Department
twenty-four hour road patrol would be desirous to help preserve and protect
life and property.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the
Commissioner’s, go on record, supporting the renewal of the Roscommon

8. Moved by Nellist, seconded by Milburn to accept carpet proposal for Second
