The Roscommon County Board of Commissioner’s met on Monday, March 3, 2008 for a special meeting. Chairman Mead called the meeting to order at 2:30 P.M.

Roll Call: Ayes: Nellist, Mead, Milburn, Schneider, Souder.

Pledge of Allegiance

Cheryl gave report on roof leaks.

Commissioner Schneider gave explanation of what happened at 2-29-2008 meeting with two commissioner’s and employees.

No decision will be made on stipend today. Decision on the amount of stipend and who will be paid will be discussed at the March 12, 2008 meeting.

Discussion was held on Committee list.

1. Moved by Milburn, seconded by Schneider to adjourn meeting. On roll

call: Ayes: Nellist, Mead, Schneider, Milburn, Souder. Nays: None.

Motion carried.

Meeting adjourned at 3:30 P.M.
