The Roscommon County Board of Commissioner’s met on Friday, May 18, 2007 for a special meeting. Chairman Mead called the meeting to order at 1:00 P.M.

Roll Call: Nellist, Mead, Milburn, Souder.

The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.

The following applicants were present to be interviewed for the position of County Commissioner in District 3:

Bill McCaleb, Dave Hohendorf, Jack Sheppard, Dave Padden, James Valleau, Jackie Bertsch, Robert Schneider, David Doll, Michael VanWormer, and Brad Bannon.

Upon completion of interviews ballot was cast and Robert Schneider was chosen as interim commissioner for district 3.

1. Moved by Souder, seconded by Nellist to appoint Robert Schneider

as Interim Commissioner for District 3 until November 6, 2007 Election

is certified by the Board of Canvassers. On roll call: Ayes: Nellist,

Mead, Milburn, Souder. Nays: None. Motion carried.

Ann Bonk, County Clerk administered the Oath of Office to Robert Schneider, County

Commissioner.

2. Moved by Milburn, seconded by Souder to adjourn meeting. On roll call:

Ayes: Nellist, Mead, Milburn, Souder. Nays: None. Motion carried.

Meeting adjourned at 3:35 P.M.
